The staff at Vertu Toyota Doncaster were very helpful arranging for a test drive of a different car to what I had originally visited for. Also had a good amount of time on the test drive itself and got to experience the car on a good mix of roads. The buying experience was really smooth and was able to collect the car only after a couple of days.

My experience at Vertu Toyota Doncaster could have been better because the staff was good helpful initially,very polite,toyota finance took forever,there is NO tyre replacement kit in the boot,when I asked,firstly they said ohh we will provide one,like,spanner,jerk,and then they said toyota don't provide that anymore,but my friend got a car CHR same dealership and had everything in so strange..
Don't know who to believe...
If toyota says we don't provide that stuff anymore,I would recommend.

The staff at Vertu Toyota Doncaster were good because they were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions with patience and good humour. They were also happy to help with some "user errors" in the couple of weeks after my purchase.
